The 52 Weeks Project presents:

15 DOCTORS

The 52 Weeks Project continues. This time with an experiment in graphite and portraiture. And I could not imagine a more interesting subject to test it out on than by doing portraits of the same fellow with thirteen different faces. Each portrait is entirely practical to take up the tradition of reproducing small victorian tin types to grand wall portraits used when there was no other way to enlarge an picture. The idea of taking a pencil and making a kind of blurry photo with it was too delicious to resist.  And as we progress backwards towards the first Doctor, William Hartnell, these will become blurrier, but hopefully if the experiment proves out, always and instantly identifiable as the man he always is and changes into. Hope you enjoy it.
